Our tropical passion fruit and white balsamic can be used in shrubs, mixed cocktails, over berries or cut fruit. Make a wonderful glaze or addition to marinades and dressings. Especially delicious in ceviche or seafood cocktails. Try in sparkling water or for adding a tropical splash to ice cream. Add a little of our Lemon Olive Oil for a light dressing over sliced avocado and mango. Reduce over medium heat and brush on salmon, halibut, or shrimp while grilling or baking.
