    This black cherry dark balsamic vinegar is so good I could drink it right out of the bottle (as I did when it arrived). BUT .... after the taste test I made a vinegar and oil dressing with it. YUM! Even with the added ingredients the Black Cherry taste floated through and was wonderful. I highly recommend this and will purchase it again.
