Linguini Puttanesca is a very appreciated pasta dish in Italy. It is commonly prepared with olives, tomato and hot chili pepper. This is a tasty, slightly spicy recipe from Italian tradition recommended for strong taste lovers.
Preparation: bring 3 and 1/5 cups (0,75 Liter) of water and 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the contents of the package, cover and cook until most of the water has absorbed.
Useful tips: add 4 anchovies fillets during cooking. Serve with a knob of butter and fried bread crumbles.
Wine: Galatina Bianco DOC or medium bodied white wine.
