    Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar is my top pick for dressing grilled vegetables, seafood salads, and cold pasta & vegetable salads. The white balsamics are much lighter and less sweet than the dark balsamics, which I find more appropriate for the lighter dishes we serve in Florida--especially during the hot summer months. Tarpon Springs' Olive Oil Co. never disappoints with fresh product. Although I really wanted to visit the store personally, I chose to order online due to the recent covid upsurge. The package arrived quickly, all the bottles were expertly packaged with no damage whatsoever. One very satisfied customer!
