I've discovered that infused olive oil has a regional influence and I cannot purchase the Wild Mushroom & Sage infused olive oil locally and since visiting this location on a trip to Tarpon Springs over Thanksgiving 2016 I was able to replenish my stock so hence the additional purchases. I have begun to use this olive oil in many recipes calling for just EVOO and really like the flavor profile added by the use of this olive oil.
