Our finest barrel aged Italian balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy. Produced in the traditional Modena style and aged at least 12 years in various wood barrels. The acidity (6%) of our 12 year dark balsamic vinegar makes it pair extremely well with our sweeter oils and sweet foods, such as fresh fruit., glazes, marinades, or desserts. This balsamic is the best I have ever had. It is so rich and elegant. It is good on just about anything! Really enjoyed stopping in at Tarpon Springs Olive Oil company! It's a beautiful place with amazing taste!
