Black Truffle Oil
We tasted the oil when visited the store in January and we bought a small bottle then. We love making truffle fried potatoes in our air fryer. We put the oil in a oil spray bottle and spray lightly the potatoes with 2 minutes remaining in the fryer. Then put them back in to do the final crisping. It is delicious. We bought the middle-sized bottle and had it shipped. We love it.
