Ripe, sunny peach over a clean white balsamic base. Made with white Trebbiano grape must, our Ripe Peach White Balsamic is cooked and barrel-aged in the traditional Modena style, but it is not caramelized. That is why it stays golden instead of dark: crisp, bright, and fruit-forward, with a touch of sweetness that tastes like ripe peach rather than syrup.
This is one of the most versatile white balsamics in the shop. Use it anywhere you want summer fruit without heaviness.
How to use it
- Vinaigrettes: Whisk 1 part balsamic with 2 parts extra virgin or infused olive oil. Excellent on mixed greens, spinach, tomato, cucumber, and fruit salads.
- Protein: Marinade or glaze for chicken, pork, shrimp, and grilled fish.
- Grill: Brush over fresh peach halves, pork chops, or chicken in the last minutes of cooking.
- Finish: Drizzle over fresh fruit, soft cheeses, yogurt, granola, vanilla ice cream, or pound cake.
- Drinks: A splash in sparkling water, club soda, iced tea, or a light cocktail.
Pairing suggestions
Blood Orange Olive Oil, Persian Lime Olive Oil, Eureka Lemon Olive Oil, Jalapeño Olive Oil, Basil Olive Oil, Garlic Olive Oil, Harissa Olive Oil, and milder fruitier extra virgin olive oils such as Arbequina, Hojiblanca, or Picual.
