    Absolutely delicious! I LOVE this vinegar. I believe I have purchased two or three bottles already and plan on continuing to do so. It's a very light and refreshing taste that brightens up my salads, especially on my Caprese salad.

    Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar is my top pick for dressing grilled vegetables, seafood salads, and cold pasta & vegetable salads. The white balsamics are much lighter and less sweet than the dark balsamics, which I find more appropriate for the lighter dishes we serve in Florida--especially during the hot summer months. Tarpon Springs' Olive Oil Co. never disappoints with fresh product. Although I really wanted to visit the store personally, I chose to order online due to the recent covid upsurge. The package arrived quickly, all the bottles were expertly packaged with no damage whatsoever. One very satisfied customer!
