                For a dressingThis was a flavor I needed for a dressing. Made a really great olive oil and vinaigrette dressing. Tamped down the sharpness of the homemade mustard. Will definitely order a bigger bottle next time.

                Adds Depth of Flavor to RecipesI've discovered that infused olive oil has a regional influence and I cannot purchase the Wild Mushroom & Sage infused olive oil locally and since visiting this location on a trip to Tarpon Springs over Thanksgiving 2016 I was able to replenish my stock so hence the additional purchases.
